Discover a training style that suits you from our variety of easy-to-follow beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts. These include HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Circuit Training, Bodyweight Exercises, Powerbuilding, Strength Training, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Recovery, Cardio, and workouts tailored specifically for pregnancy and postnatal periods.
Train on your terms by following a program or working out on demand. Our app offers flexibility for workouts that fit your lifestyle, whether you prefer using no equipment, free weights, machines or if you are short on time and need an express workout.
Sweat provides features to help you stay on track and monitor your progress effectively. Some of these features include exercise descriptions and video demonstrations, exercise substitutions for adjusting intensity levels, audio cues from trainers, logging weights used during gym-based programs, a planner to schedule workouts and track weekly progress, the ability to share "sweaty selfies" with friends and the Sweat Community for added motivation, a comprehensive education section covering fitness, nutrition, and well-being topics, daily meals tailored to dietary preferences, daily step and hydration trackers, and 24/7 access to the Sweat Community.

Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who opt for a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial. Yearly subscriptions are billed for the full annual fee from the date of purchase. Monthly subscribers are billed monthly.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. There are no price increases upon renewal.
